We saw some interesting changes in single-family home sales in November. Not only did the number of units sold (54) decrease over October (73), but they also decreased over November of last year (73). Talking to other agents in the area, it seems like many of us have been keeping pretty busy, so it'll be interesting to see what December brings.
A more positive stat is the average sale price of single-family homes in Ozaukee County. This increased in November ($361,768) and is up over last month ($278,975) and November of 2012 ($282,774).
The average days on market (131) for single-family homes in Ozaukee county was up a bit over October (111). However, they're down a bit from the same time last year (162).
Despite the winter weather we've been having -- lots of cold and snow -- and even with the holidays around the corner, the serious buyers are out there. Check back in a few weeks to see how 2013 wraps up.
