Single-Family Sales

Ozaukee Washington county real estate sales

In Ozaukee county, there's been about a 20% increase in the number of single-family units that sold between January and July 2011 and the same timeframe this year. Prices have dipped about 7%.

In Washington county, there's been about a 34% increase in the number of single-family units that sold, and prices are holding steady.

The days on market in both counties has decreased. Houses are moving!

It might be time for you get moving, too...

Interesting stats report...seems that entry level residential options in all regions have shown big sales volume increases.

Real estate  can be collapsing all around and there are still pockets of areas that are doing just fine.
